The custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline for primary custody of their two sons continues. Now, Spears' bodyguard has come forward with accusations that Britney is a danger to herself and her children. The bodyguard, Tony Barretto, claims that he is speaking out to protect the kids and that he is not motivated by revenge for being fired by Spears.

Britney is becoming more and more popular not for her great songs or on-stage performances, but instead for her wild party life and personal problems. She has been through rehab, recently been charged with a hit and run, and now is being forced to submit to random drug and alcohol testing partly due to her ex-bodyguards testimony. Baretto has come forward with claims that she has driven into oncoming traffic with her children in the car, walks around nude in front of her children, and that he witnessed Britney using drugs on two occasions at a Los Angeles nightclub.

This testimony in part led to Spears being ordered by a judge to take random drug tests along with parenting classes. This all comes as part of the continuing child custody battle between Spears and Federline.

Baretto, who was fired by Spears after less than three months, claims that he decided to come forward to do what is best for the children, not for revenge. He claims that he was fired by Spears because he did not hear her order him to pick up a hat which she had dropped.
