Well, you often hear that famous people get away with a lot of things…but not if your name is Britney Spears. Spears was spotted this weekend driving her two young tots, Jayden James & Sean Preston, around in Los Angeles. Is this a crime you might ask? Well, it is if you are not licensed to drive. The pop star was charged just two weeks ago with driving without a valid license. Britney is not licensed to drive in the state of California and her Louisiana license is believed to be expired.

Apparently this incident was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. Kevin Federline and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, petitioned the Los Angles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon for an unscheduled custody hearing. Gordon issued an order today granting Federline sole physical custody effective Wednesday at noon. He will retain physical custody of the children until further order of the court.
